Wholesale Returns 

When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, you will need a return authorisation number. Please contact Pingpong prior to sending your goods back. Pingpong will refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s.

Customer Returns 

Customers must contact the the store where they purchased their Pingpong garment/s from.
